It is the start of one of my husband’s favorite times of year because barbecue season is unofficially upon us here in the Pacific Northwest! He is the cook in our family and makes dinner for us nearly every evening, so when it is dry and warm enough outside he jumps at the chance to do some outdoor grilling.
